Here at Lazy Daze, and in and around historic Irvington, there are many special events that take place to celebrates the Fall season. Irvington itself turns into a small town and everyone comes together, bringing the community many events that keeps the kids and all of us grown-ups with something to do practically every day. Below you will find what Lazy Daze is up to, and we 've also provided some additional links at the bottom for you to check out, to see what’s happening in the great neighborhood of Irvington. Comedy Night The comedians are amateur, but these are the same guys and gals who perform at Crackers and other comedy venues. Just remember it is comedy, and even though the performers tone it down a bit because they are performing at a coffee house, it still may not be a good idea to bring the little ones. Recommended for 18 years olds and over.

Here at Lazy Daze we will be serving the hot mocha lattes, apple ciders, and anything else coffee and tea, and we will also be hosting two performers for music entertainment. October 31st Donn Smith Acoustic Roots Noon to 2:00 p.m. Hank Haggard and the Texas Two Acoustic Country with a little twang 2:30 p.m. till 4:00 p.m.
Lazy Daze is proud to host the Irvington Haunted Tours By
Al and Rhonda Hunter and their team of paranormal specialist take you through the winding streets of Irvington and share with you the ghostly past of this old and ancient neighborhood. Along with these haunted tales, they give you their chilling accounts of what they have witnessed while gathering evidence throughout their years of investigating historical Irvington. This year, the tours are split up into two categories. They are offering 4 nights of haunting entertainment, but two of those nights will be at the Masonic Lodge for a seated presentation, while the other two evening will be the walking tours Expect the tours, weather walking or seated, to be at least two hours long. Tickets are $15.00, and you get an Irvington Haunts Book, 1st or 2nd edition, written by Al Hunter and Russ Simnick, and a H.I.T pin for a memento with each purchase. Lazy Daze Coffee House will be selling tickets. Books and pins are acquired the night of your tour. Sorry, no reservations on the tickets. First come first serve. John Luther Is Edgar Allan Poe
Come join us for an evening to witness the poetic works of Edgar Allan Poe Mr. Luther’s performance and detailed explanation behind Poe’s work, such as The Raven and The Tell-Tale Heart is not only intriguing, but bone chilling as well. One half hour before each Irvington Haunted Tour, Mr. Luther will be performing for free at Lazy Daze Coffeehouse.
